This is a fast-track qualification programme, which means you will only attend one week of face-to-face workshops with the remaining assessment completed within eight weeks after the workshops.

Kerry has a degree in Psychology is educated to post graduate level in HR and Coaching and Mentoring and is a qualified Assessor and Verifier being an expert in assessment and verification in the professional development / qualification arena. She is currently an Experience Assessor and volunteer Upgrade Assessor for the CIPD and works on CIPD mixed mode qualifications at levels 3, 5 and 7
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and member of the CIPD Chiltern Branch committee she is also a Member of the BPsS with BPsS Certificates in Occupational Testing (level A and B) and she is qualified in MBTI step 1 and SHL OPQ 32
Wendy is an HR consultant specialising in learning and development and coaching. Wendy facilitates, delivers and assesses a range of CIPD training and qualifications at all levels, as well as delivers coach and manager training externally. Wendy provides coaching supervision, business and executive coaching to a number of clients, making use of training in NLP, transactional analysis and psychometric profiling. Wendy is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD, CMI, ILM and RSA as well as other professional associations, holds an MA in HRM and teaching, business and coaching degrees. Wendy has been involved in steering development of national occupational standards in both HR and in coaching and mentoring.
As well as coaching, mentoring, learning and development, Wendy’s background is in generalist HR covering: organisation design and development through merger and acquisitions support; recruitment and talent development through implementation of succession planning and career development schemes for organisations, and in employee engagement through a range of methods.
Wendy is also an assessor for CIPD membership, as well as managing an external quality team and carrying out external approvals for CIPD qualifications.
